ELARA Early Access Policy
ELARA is currently in Early Access and accepting applications for its first PoC cohort. Our process is open, published, and capacity-based.
Public Commitment
- ELARA is open to all organizations that meet the published PoC readiness criteria.
- Applications are reviewed using the same criteria for everyone.
- Cohort placement is capacity-based, not prestige-based.
How Applications Are Reviewed
Each application is scored across five readiness dimensions:
- 1Clear threat scenario or use case
- 2Decision-maker participation
- 3Sandbox or test-data readiness
- 4PoC success criteria clarity
- 5Timeline readiness (target start in 2 to 6 weeks)
Possible Outcomes
Every application receives one of the following:

Accepted to current PoC cohort
Your team meets all five readiness dimensions and has an open slot in the current cohort window.

Waitlisted for the next cohort window
Your team qualifies but current cohort capacity is full. You are prioritized for the next opening.

Not ready yet — with a checklist for re-application
We identify the gaps and provide a specific readiness checklist so you can re-apply when ready.
What Early Access Means
- Online demo first — no on-site visit required to start
- No integration required to evaluate
- PoC scope and pricing confirmed during scoping
- General availability follows successful partner evaluations

NDA Required Before Prototype Access
The initial Overview Call requires no NDA — it is a qualification conversation only, no product is shown. PoC participants who proceed to prototype access must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before accessing ELARA prototype materials, dashboard environments, or Advanced Intelligence Modules. Our NDA protects both parties' confidential information throughout the engagement.
